Terms of Service
The terms under which we provide this website and our commercial cleaning and facilities management services.
About these terms
These terms govern use of this website. Services are supplied under a separate written agreement issued with each proposal, which takes precedence in the event of conflict.
Quotations and proposals
Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the information supplied at the time. Material changes to scope, access or frequency may require a revised price.
Service delivery
Services are delivered to the written specification agreed in your contract. Any additional works are quoted and approved in advance of attendance.
Charges and payment
Contracted services are invoiced monthly and payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Ad-hoc works are invoiced on completion.
Cancellation
Rolling contracts may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. One-off bookings cancelled within 24 hours may incur a mobilisation charge.
Insurance and liability
We hold public liability and employers' liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and set out in your service agreement.
