About Evarion
A facilities partner built for businesses that cannot afford surprises
Evarion Services was founded on a simple observation: most companies do not want a cleaning contractor. They want the entire subject to stop being a problem.
We started in London servicing a handful of offices and clinics, with one commitment: turn up, do the work properly, and make the standard verifiable. That commitment is still the operating model, only now it covers cleaning, washrooms, consumables, facilities support and light maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites.
What clients tend to notice first is the paperwork — specifications, risk assessments, audit reports — because it is the thing most suppliers skip. What they notice over time is that they stop thinking about the building. Reception looks right, washrooms are stocked, and nobody is chasing anyone.
We are deliberately not the cheapest option in the market. We are the option you keep, which over a contract lifetime is a very different calculation.
